　　我们假设你父亲所拥有的土地不是农田，你符合税务方面的专业资格。由于您父亲所持有的土地是一项长期资本资产(已持有超过24个月)，因此转让该土地所产生的任何收益在您父亲手中均须按(LTCG)课税。

　　根据《所得税法》，如果被评估人在规定的期限内将净销售对价再投资于购买印度住宅物业(新资产)，并满足其他指定条件，则可以根据规定对出售此类土地所产生的LTCG申请扣除。在规定的条件和限制下，也可以通过投资于特定资产(如债券)来对长期资本管理公司进行扣减。

　　若要从LTCG中扣除，则需要由原资产所有者进行净销售对价的再投资。因此，你的父亲只有将净销售对价再投资于住宅，才有资格获得这项扣除。如果你的父亲将出售土地所得的款项赠予你，而不是自己再投资，他可能无法获得上述扣减额。很少有司法先例支持，对新资产的这种再投资不应仅为了这一扣减目的而以原所有者的名义进行，但这一点并非毫无疑问。要注意的是，父亲所馈赠的财物，在受赠人手中，都不用纳税。

　　此外，如雇员没有连续服务一年，则该雇员须被视为连续服务该一年，而该雇员在前12个月内曾实际在该雇主手下工作:
