The 12th Session Southwest China International Automation & instrumentation Exhibition (IAIE) will be held in the New International Exhibition Center of Chengdu during April.12-14, 2011. ABB will showcase instrumentation, low voltage motors and low voltage automation products, together with the respective applications in various industries on the show.
Joachim Braun, head of ABB Process Automation Division, NAS & China, said, “ABB is not only capable of providing high-quality products but also committed to supplying tailored solutions for various industrial processes. We are glad to attend IAIE, the biggest automation trade show in Southwest China to present our leading products and technologies for customers in this area.”
ABB has invented and completed numberless products during over 150 years’ history and development in instrumentation. The ABB instrumentation exhibits on this show include positioners, analyzers, pressure transmitter and Level products. The easy-to-use and trustworthy Aztec series analyzers will also be showcased at this show. The analyzer can even effectively enhance the accuracy and convenience of measurement of data accessing by web and ftp, remote monitoring and setting, information sharing and communicating with outside by email and ProfiBus DP.
ABB M3BP series, the high performance process motor will also be presented together with a collection of ABB low voltage products including IPS(Industrial Plugs & Sockets), contactors, terminal blocks, power monitoring and control units, and the EMplus energy meter. These products have been widely used in various industries such as metallurgy, pulp & paper, building, marine, etc., effectively reducing the energy consumption and improving the productivity and power reliability.
The southwest area is one of China’s key equipment manufacturing bases. As the technological center, commercial center and financial center of this area, Chengdu has a market influence radiating to the whole southwest area. With the implementation of the country’s Western Development Strategy and the development of the Cheng-Yu economic region, the demands for industrial automation technologies, instrumentation products and devices are getting bigger and higher in the southwest area.
As the only annual convention hosted by the Chinese Association of Automation in Southwest China, IAIE has succeeded 11 sessions and grown into one of the largest and the most influential automation trade show in this region.
