佩塔林查亚:辩护团队要求法庭将被谋杀的自闭症儿童Zayn Rayyan Abdul Matiin的名字修改为Zayn Rayyan Zaim Ikhwan。

　　律师Fahmi Abd Moin在周五(7月26日)的诉讼中提到了涉及他的客户Zayn Rayyan的父母Zaim Ikhwan Zahari和Ismanira Abdul Manaf的儿童疏忽案件，两人都是29岁。

　　He said referring to the charge presented by the DPP on June 13, the name of the child as recorded then was Zayn Rayyan Abdul Matiin.

　　据他说，雪兰莪国家登记处通过Ismanira对Zayn Rayyan的出生登记簿发布了更正出生信息的决定，其中修改了Zayn Rayyan的名字。

　　据Sinar Harian报道，他在法官Syahliza Warnoh博士面前说:“我出示了一份7月4日收到的新出生证明副本。”

　　DPP Nurul Qistini Qamarul Abrar confirmed that she had received a copy of the birth certificate earlier.

　　"Since this document was just handed over to the prosecution this morning, we request that updates regarding the amendment be informed at the next proceeding," she said in the presence of DPP Anis Hakimah Ibrahim.

　　在听取了双方的要求后，沙利扎要求检察机关对此事进行审查，以防发生任何变化。

　　6月13日，这对夫妇否认了一项共同指控，即作为六岁男孩的监护人忽视孩子，可能造成身体伤害。

　　据称，这起犯罪从12月5日中午开始，一直持续到第二天晚上9点55分，发生在Damansara Damai附近。

　　根据《2001年儿童法令》第31(1)(a)条文，该罪名一经定罪，最高可被罚款5万令吉或监禁20年，或两者兼而有之。
